Just updating you on my work in the MAC. Ohio University beat Bowling Green 44-37 to move to 3-2 (1-0, MAC)! YEAH!!
Now, to real stuff. TOMORROW IS THE GREATEST BASEBALL DAY OF ALL TIME, AND I WON'T BE WATCHING THE SOX!!
Tomorrow, the Tigers play the White Sox. Verlander vs Danks!
Tomorrow, the Twins play the Royals! Pavano vs Horchevar (spelling? Too lazy to look up a player's name on the Royals.)
Anywho, what's better than two teams tied playing for the division on the final day? I hope they both win in dramatic fashion, and then we have a 1-game playoff. Your thoughts appreciated.
Other 1-game playoffs that are awesome:
1) Super Bowl - obviously really only professional sports event decided by 1 game.
2) World Cup - I will headbutt you if you think any differently.
3) Major golf championship decided on an 18 hole 1v1 playoff, on Monday! Take the day off from work, enjoy 4 hours of relaxation, 20 minutes of pure excitement.
4) NCAA Basketball Championship
Lame 1-game playoffs:
1) NCAA Football - 1 month to debate a game between Texas and USC. Boring.
2) Play-in game for NCAA Hoops Tournament...Stupid. Winner gets ass kicked.
